Wales will play England in a one-off Test match at Twickenham in May before their tour to New Zealand.
Full caps will be awarded for the contest, before Wales embark on a three-Test tour to face the world champions.
In addition the WRU have confirmed four Test matches will take place in November.
Wales will face Australia, Argentina and South Arica as part of a four-match series over consecutive Saturdays, with the fourth fixture against a Tier 2 side to be confirmed.
